Using a power bike for abdominal exercises is one of the most effective ways to strengthen your abdominal muscles.
The intensity of the exercise on the exercise bike can be adjusted by performing a rolling movement from different starting positions from a continence position to a standing position.
The power wheel is also ideal for different variations of the plank with the abdominal wheel, as well as inverted abdominal rolls, where the soles of the feet are placed on the wheel handles instead of the palms.
The power wheel pulley is made of sustainably produced birch plywood.
The handles are made of polished stainless steel or anodised aluminium, depending on the colour option you choose.
Stainless steel is durable as such, while the anodising process enhances the durability of the aluminium surface.
The coating on the top of the power wheel is Finnish moulded polyurethane.
Finnish polyurethane contains no unhealthy compounds and leaves no residue on the floor.
It is also a durable material, so the power wheel can withstand heavy use!
