Thanks to their instability, they are also a great tool for improving mobility and balance.
The rings are a great fitness tool for bodyweight rowing, fireman’s push-ups and various abdominal exercises.
They can also be used to add a challenge to traditional bodyweight exercises such as planks and step squats, or as an aid to more challenging movements such as the pistol squat.
Gymnastic rings provide a fun and dynamic way to move, which is why they are a favourite with children.
Playing with the rings builds children’s strength and coordination while having fun.
In our range you will also find child-sized rings (Ulpu mini) for our mini-users, so they can play safely with the rings.
Despite their smaller size, they have the same weight limit as the normal size rings, so they are safe for the whole family.
The rings are made from sustainably produced birch plywood.
The wooden surface allows for the most comfortable and firm grip.
The rings also come with durable FitWood straps, which can be used to attach the rings to the ceiling or, for example, to Aarni poles.
The recommended installation width for the rings is approximately 50 cm.

You can choose from five different colour options: – birch – off-white – white – grey – black The straps are available in two different colours: – white with beige FitWood logo – black with white FitWood logo.
They are designed to support an active lifestyle without compromising on design and sustainable values.
Please ensure that the gym rings are properly fitted and the straps are securely fastened before each use.
