Moimini Oy (business ID 2904153-5) sells products to individuals and companies in Finland. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.

 

SUBSCRIBE

Products are ordered on the e-commerce website by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact details requested when placing an order will not be used for any purpose other than to deliver the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it. When ordering from the online shop, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force at the time.

PAYMENT

The e-commerce payment providers are Visma Pay, Klarna and Paypal.

Payment methods

VISMA PAY

Through Visma Pay, you can pay with your online banking ID, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or instalment. The following payment methods are available.

MobilePay: you can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the payment cannot be debited from the payment card, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online shop.

Flexible invoicing: flexible invoicing and instalments is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and securely. Flexibility is for individuals who have managed their finances properly. With Flexusto, you get 30 days interest-free and free of charge. Once you receive your bill, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in instalments. With instalments, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 instalments, starting from €9.90/month. Flexible instalments cost €3.90/month and carry a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can use Flexusto to pay for purchases between €30 and €3000. The credit is issued by Aurajoki Nordic Oy. OP Invoice: OP Invoice is a flexible way to pay for online purchases. It is a flexible way for customers of all banks to pay by credit card. With OP Invoice you can make purchases up to €5,000 and pay them off interest-free within 45 days. If you wish, you can split the bill into several instalments. Your purchases are displayed in one place, so you can easily keep track of how your money is being used. With a credit limit, you can keep your spending within the limits you want. Receive your bills conveniently by email. In our online service, you can see information about your OP Bill usage and the amount of your purchases. You can use OP Invoice if you are over 20 years old and able to pay, and you have a Finnish bank’s domain name. Alisa Invoice is a flexible and secure payment method. It is suitable for all consumers over the age of 20 for all types of purchases. If you wish, you can split your bill into smaller parts and pay back in up to 60 instalments. For more information on Alisa Invoice, please visit: https://www.alisapankki.fi/. Alisa Business Invoice is a flexible and secure payment method for businesses. It is suitable for all Finnish companies, regardless of their legal form. The buyer’s right to purchase is fully digitally verified and the purchase transaction takes only a few minutes. The company can choose the appropriate payment period from three different options: 14 days, 30 days or 60 days. KLARNA PAYMENTS

You can use Klarna Payments payment methods such as online payment/card payment, instalment and invoice.

Pay now – Online payments: you can pay for your order directly with your bank details at the following online banks: OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Aktia and S-bank.

Pay now – Card payments: You can pay for your order with the following credit or debit cards: Visa and MasterCard. You can also pay by Visa Electron card if you have activated the online payment feature of your Electron card in your online bank.

Pay later – Invoice: With Klarna, you get 30 days free of charge and interest. The payment period starts from the moment the order is sent. This means that you receive the product before you have to pay for it. You can also take your time to try the product before making a purchase decision. If for any reason you wish to return the product, you do not have to wait for the money to be credited to your account. An invoice will be sent with your order. It will also appear in the Klarna app, where you will receive reminders of the due date and pay your bill easily. If you wish, you can also defer your payment, i.e. postpone the due date of your invoice. Klarna charges a small fee for this service.

Split payments – Klarna account: Collect all your payments on one bill and choose how much you pay each month. All your purchases made with your Klarna account are automatically combined into the same account and the same monthly bill, even if you pay with your Klarna account while shopping in other online stores. You will therefore receive only one invoice each month, with only one invoice surcharge, regardless of the order volume. You decide how much you pay each month (but at least 1/24 and always at least EUR 5). You can find out the general terms and conditions of the credit agreement applicable to Klarna credit here. Once you have paid the balance of your invoice, your account will be automatically closed.

PAYPAL

PayPal is an international payment service that allows you to transfer money using just an email address. To transfer money via PayPal – you can register a PayPal account and link a credit card to the account from which the money will be transferred. You can also pay with a guest account, which does not require registration.

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the order transaction. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your username and confirm your payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can open a PayPal account and then confirm your payment. Your order will be processed once your payment has been credited to us. Once your payment has been logged, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you return products from an order paid via PayPal, we will credit the amount directly to your PayPal account.

 

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. In order to send confirmation messages, you will need to provide an email address at the time of ordering.

 

DELIVERY METHOD AND COSTS

Orders are posted on weekdays. The delivery time for products from stock is 1-4 working days for domestic orders. If the products to be delivered are made-to-order products, the delivery time is approximately 1-4 weeks, depending on the product. The estimated delivery time is indicated separately for each product. Delivery costs are determined by the chosen delivery method, any additional services, the weight and size of the order. You can see the delivery costs in the checkout section of the online shop before final approval of the order.

If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, the online store must be notified immediately, but within 14 days. The company responsible for the delivery must be informed immediately of any damaged packages.

Postal delivery

Products are delivered either by post to the nearest Post Office pick-up point, to a Post Office pick-up point of the customer’s choice or to the customer’s home, depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer. You can see the delivery costs for your order when you select the payment and delivery method at the time of purchase. We deliver orders as registered (e.g. postal parcels) or unregistered deliveries, where registered deliveries can be tracked with a tracking number. The delivery can be tracked with the Matkahuolto tracking number, which is sent by email to the customer once the order has been processed.

Travel service delivery

Products are delivered either to the nearest Matkahuolto pick-up point or to a Matkahuolto pick-up point of the customer’s choice. You can see the delivery costs for your order when you select the payment and delivery method at the time of purchase. The delivery can be tracked with the Matkahuolto tracking number, which is sent by email to the customer once the order has been processed.

On-demand products home delivery/backpack delivery

Ordered products are delivered directly from the supplier’s warehouse to the customer’s door, mainly by DHL, UPS, Post and Budbee. Delivery times range from 5 working days to 5 weeks. The estimated delivery time of the product is indicated on the product page in the online shop. When the product is ready for delivery, you will be notified by email/text message. If you are not at home at the time stated for delivery, freight forwarders will usually deliver the product to the nearest pick-up point (unless otherwise agreed).

If you order both products delivered directly from the manufacturer and stock products in the same order, the stock products will be delivered to the nearest Post or Matkahuolto pick-up point to your address.

Free delivery for deliveries over 150 euro

We offer free delivery on stock orders over 150 euros within Finland. Excludes made-to-order products (products delivered directly from the supplier) and direct door-to-door deliveries.

Pick up free of charge from the store

You can pick up your order free of charge from our store at Museokatu 34, 00100 Helsinki. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. If the pick-up is urgent, you can contact our customer service. Large pieces of furniture such as beds and wardrobes cannot be collected, but will be delivered door-to-door to your home address (no collection).

DELIVERY TIME

Stock products

The delivery time for our stock products to Finland is 1-4 working days.

On request

Some of the products in our range are made to order (e.g. Meow and Wigiwama) and are delivered directly from the manufacturer, in which case the delivery time is about 1-5 weeks depending on the brand. If the product is a subscription product, this is indicated in the online shop. The exact estimated delivery time of the product ordered is indicated on the product page in the online shop.

If the product is out of stock, you can arrange a pre-order by contacting info@moimini.fi or by phone on 040 150 3679. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. Information on any deviating delivery times will be posted on the front page of the online store.

 

RIGHT OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN

You have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt of your order. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. Returns are free of charge within Finland. For orders returned from other countries, the customer is responsible (delivery and delivery charges).

If you wish to return the product, please first contact us by email info@moimini.fi and you will receive detailed instructions for returning the product (in Finland, the return code for Post and Matkahuolto). When returning a delivered order, please include your customer number(s) and contact details.

Merely returning the goods or not picking them up from the post office without the required additional information does not constitute a return. For unclaimed shipments, we will charge the postage for delivery and return.

 

PROBLEMS AND COMPLAINTS

Once you have received the delivery, check immediately that the products delivered are intact and otherwise free from defects. Also make sure that the delivery includes all the products you ordered. The inspection of the delivery must be carried out in the presence of a representative of the carrier. If the delivered product is damaged during transport, ask the carrier’s representative to make a damage report, i.e. a signed damage entry on the consignment note. If the product is defective, lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must also immediately notify Moimini Ltd. If the product is damaged, take photos of both the packaging and the product. The photos and additional information should be sent by e-mail info@moimini.fi. The transport packaging should be kept until the claim has been processed. If the delivery or the product is confirmed to be defective, Moimini Ltd. has the right in the first instance to rectify the defect or replace it with a faultless product within a reasonable period of time. Moimini is liable for any defect in the product in accordance with consumer protection legislation, either alone or in conjunction with the manufacturer or importer of the product.

In the event of a complaint, if the dispute over a commercial contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the customer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board(www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the customer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Local Register Offices(www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law and any disputes concerning them shall be settled primarily by the Helsinki District Court. Consumer customers also have the possibility to bring an action in the district court of their place of residence.
